“I've done my banking here for over 6 years now. I might go when they are less busy and usually don't have much of a wait if there is one. Never had a problem with anyone. They are always friendly and helpful. I'm there enough most of them know me by name. They've added additional branches now. If I happen to be on the west side of Chillicothe or up in Circleville it's never a problem hopping into another one of their many branches. Fees are so much better at here than a bank. I love their mobile app and use it regularly. Wish they still did shared branch banking but you can't win them all.”
