I've banked here for 17 years and as of the last 5 years PNC has been horrible. The bridge st location never answers their phone (been trying for 2 days now) and everything is a snail pace any other time. Think it's time to finally move over to Homeland or Atomic.

Not willing to help me at all and transferred me to someone who I doubt did what she was told. Was told I would get a new credit card and it has been over a month and STILL never got it. Had to talk to someone AGAIN and request a new one. WILL BE CHANGING BANKS ONCE MY CAR IS PAID OFF ASAP. Unreal.
