Had Glofiber reinstalled today. The tech T was amazing. Polite, well mannered, not creepy. I was not mad at it. He even acknowledged my zoo that wouldn't leave him alone. Ive always been happy with my service.

I just switched to GloFiber after years with Spectrum. So far the onsite installation and service has been spectacular. Adam Arredondo was the technician and he went above and beyond. Now if the rest of the company can follow his lead for excellence I think we will have a winner.
