The chillicothe ohio bridge street location would not cash a pnc payroll check for me I had forgot my drivers liscence. They would let me deposit whole thing , but no cash to keep. I had my work I'd Nd ss card my pnc debit card. Previous paystubs. I was told during covid they would do it but not for me today when on my way to dr appt and needed gas. The jackson ohio branch is the branch I opened my account with, they went above and beyond to help serve me . I told the teller at chillicothe branch that I would keep my check and visit the jackson ohio branch in the morning. Was keeping I'd in my car because you get a paper for 45 days until your new one is mailed. I had my old drivers liscence with me but expired that's 2 photo id and ss card and my pnc debit card. That was cruel.

They don't know how to get proper ATM's. While trying to deposit money, tge thing took all but $20, spit that out, started CHOMPING, and said that there was an issue and now they can't even see the money because it wasn't deposited. This place is always a joke. I'm not even a customer here and I'm writing this because I just witnessed it happen to someone else.

PNC decided that Washington Court House wasn't making enough cash to keep their sole branch open so they boarded it up without so much as a notice in the mail and moved 40 minutes away to Chillicothe! I have been a customer of PNC since 2001 they were still National City. I now have NO convenient access to MY bank in MY town. Horrible. I will be looking for another bank now. Companies want customers but they don't want to actually SEE or PUT UP WITH the customers. Just give us the cash and go away. No convenience for anyone but them. Screw them.

I have been a PNC customer for several years and they had two branches in town. They decided to close the west side location, leaving the north side location and they decided to close one of their drive thru lanes at that location. The two lanes that are left are always backed up and take forever because if you go inside, you will see one teller working the drive thru and the inside. They want everyone to do online banking and not have to interact with anyone. Bank anywhere , but here.

I really hate giving bad reviews but they’ve had plenty of opportunity to earn back my trust from bad experiences. First issue was with a personal matter with a house fire I had in 2016. Getting the ball rolling with the contractors to begin to build was exhausting and absurd. But I tried to understand the whole process due to the homeowners insurance and knowing it could make it a lengthy process. But the last experience(s) is just beyond horrible customer service. For some reason businesses can no longer go through the drive thru (from what I was told multiple times). For one, we have a pandemic going on so to make me come in isn’t the best practice. Secondly, I had my sick child with me while making a deposit and I was still forced to drag him inside with me. Doesn’t really sound like an appropriate situation nor trying to follow the national protocol during this pandemic. The business I work for is looking to switch banks and I can not wait to move on from this branch. It makes sense now why the other branch in town is closing. Their customer service is appalling. Jenney, however has been consistently pleasant every time. Most of the other women there act like it’s not their job to do what their job requires them to do.
