“This is, by far, the BEST postal office I have ever used. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and ensure to be personable with guests. They are prompt with processing packages and mail, and I have had no issues with them in over three years of use! The lobby is well kept, decorated, and inviting.”

“What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”

“Had a package that was showing a Saturday delivery but never delivered. Updated to a Monday delivery but we were heading out of town and needed the package for our trip. Headed to the annex first thing Monday morning and the gentleman who answered the door was kind enough to go search for it. 5 minutes later he reappeared with package in hand and a smile. Great customer service!!”
“You know you look at these reviews and it almost turns you away from ever using them. I run a side business and I use usps and keep using the post office because of Byron. He’s the reason I keep going here. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, always calm, super chill and talks to you with respect. He’s the reason I enjoy coming in every time I need to deliver a package. And when I turn it in, not even 10 minutes later I get a notification that my package has been shipped out of the facility. I do however think that this place needs more employees like him. It would definitely make that location turn a complete 180. Byron if you read this, thanks man! You truly are the best!”
