Great location. All the staff encountered were very professional and friendly. Rooms seem a bit outdated, small and basic. Not even a refrigerator in room. Museum was booked for a private event for entire first day there. Was able to briefly browse through before checkout.

Room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. However, balcony door caused room to be drafty and we heard sirens and tram bells all day and night. We would have loved a refrigerator in the room. Spa was FABULOUS!

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The concept is unique, the staff are hospitable and accommodating. The restrurant was so fun! Jeremy was an excellent server. The front desk and restaurant staff supported my type 1 diabetic husband effortlessly, which is truly hard to find when going out
