The store manager cares more about making up rules for returns and price adjustments than generating sales for the company.Went in to return an items purchased two weeks ago (well within the 30-day return period) with tags attached and receipt presented. Bought it at 15% discount but hoping to do a full return then repurchase at the 25% Black Friday sale discount. Was scolded by the store manager that “we can’t do just that for everybody everyday”, and how these two separate transactions (fully eligible return and repurchase at a deeper discount) are going to be so unfair to other customers. Meanwhile they have at least seven IDENTICAL sweatshirt on the desk by the entrance. Which part of this transaction was unfair to others?!She also lectured on “you only have seven days to do a price adjustment”. Apparently she doesn’t understand the difference between doing a price adjustment for a worn item within seven days and returning a brand new item within 30 days with receipt to take advantage of a discount. This is the second time that it happened. If the goal for a store manager is create her own rules she certainly succeeds, with utter nonsense. But if it’s to help the store generate sales, not so much. A&F needs to train their store managers better on the ACTUAL return policies.

I liked their clothes at the store the last couple of years. I don’t like the look of the new store. It looks very plain now and lost everything that gave it the distinct Abercrombie look. It looks like a gap now and they didn’t have most of the items I like including skinny jeans in the store.

I personally find their prices to be extremely high for what the clothing is. For example, the clothes are from China and Vietnam- so for a jacket to be over $200 for fast fashion is wild.Aside from price, I do give them praise for being size inclusive. I have noticed they don't size their clothes like Hollister does. I feel this allows more people to be able to shop here and find some nice pieces. Quality can be hit or miss on whatever you're buying, but so far from what I have purchased, both seem decent but in time we will see.I would say the style of the clothing is definitely for those in their mid 20s to 40s. It's a more mature look and about curating a closet with staple pieces that can be re-styled over and over again.

Unfortunately I have to drive to this location because the one in KY closed. The workers were all super rude and asking them for help seemed like I was bothering them. And the store was empty. At one point I was the only customer. There was no greeting, no smiles from any of them the whole time I was there, and the manager said to her trainee after I asked for help at the dressing room, “ok, sorry everyone just always needs help here”I felt so uncomfortable in this store.

I bought the dress I wanted. ?The changing room had a sour foot odor and the temperature of the store seemed to be "bake the customers and make them sweat"

I was exchanging a Christmas gift from my sister and rather than allowing me to exchange the item they refunded my sister's card. When I complained to the manager they told me that there was nothing that they could do and offered me a coupon. I left the store with nothing and will not ever shop there again. Thanks for nothing.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. No one asked if they could help you find anything. When I walked in the people were looking down at their phones the entire time while they said hello and I walked in, so that was real welcoming. Nothing against the brand itself since I love the clothes. I think it's just this location. The people there just didn't seem to be interested in helping the customers.

After being harassed by an employee I decided there were better places to shop. I won’t be coming back.

Buyers beware! Screwed Over. Royally.I purchased some clothes from the Kenwood Towne Center location a little over a month ago. During checkout, they informed me that they were not providing paper receipts and that they would send a copy to my email because of COVID. Awesome - totally fine. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me must have typed in my email address incorrectly because I never received a receipt. I tried to return $250+ worth of clothes that don't fit, because I couldn't try them on, hoping they could use my card to return the merchandise, and they said they couldn't help me. There's absolutely nothing they can do. They couldn't look up my purchase using my card like literally every other retailer in the world can do. This is absolutely ludicrous and beyond unbelievable. I would take full accountability if I had lost a receipt but in this case, everything feels very outside of my control. I called corporate and they said the same thing. There's nothing that can be done. How unfortunate. This is the first time I bought something from A&F in probably over a decade and will without a doubt be my last. It's incredibly rare that I encounter issues like this but I can confidently say this is the worst customer service experience of my life.
