Abercrombie & Fitch offers a mature style for those in their mid-20s to 40s, focusing on staple pieces. The store receives praise for being size inclusive, allowing more people to shop there. However, opinions on the in-store experience are mixed. Some find the new store layout very plain, losing its distinct look, and note that desired items like skinny jeans can be out of stock. Others mention a hard time finding sizes, floors that looked a little dirty, changing rooms with an odor, and a store temperature that was too hot. The quality of clothing is considered hit or miss, while prices are frequently viewed as extremely high for fast fashion items.
I liked their clothes at the store the last couple of years. I don’t like the look of the new store. It looks very plain now and lost everything that gave it the distinct Abercrombie look. It looks like a gap now and they didn’t have most of the items I like including skinny jeans in the store.

I bought the dress I wanted. ?The changing room had a sour foot odor and the temperature of the store seemed to be "bake the customers and make them sweat"
