“Repeat shopper at the Mason location. The store is well maintained even though you can tell the inventory is constantly coming in and going out. Their prices are consistently among the most affordable and they have a pretty broad selection. Today we were assisted by Alexis while looking for a fridge. She was friendly and attentive without being pushy or putting on any affect. She was knowledgeable about the products, plans, and procedures and showed some competent hustle in answering our questions and finding ways to help us get what we're looking for. No problem recommending this store to people.”

“My heat furnace was broke on Saturday night January 31 my house was freezing..and thank you to Recker berger for the excellent customer services..Kelly from Recker and boerger is a very nice and helpful person she gave me lots of help and advices , plus Mr. Robert as a sales person is very nice and give me a very honest price for my whole unit furnace compare to the other companies , plus their technician guy Clinton is show up on time at 7 am on his schedule and very professional, helpful and friendly during the entire set up on the new furnace unit . I will definitely recommend Recker and Boerger .”
“I am strongly recommending Howards Kitchens without any reservation. We did a major remodel of our kitchen which required a complete tear out and demolition. Before we did so, we obtained three different bids. Howard’s Kitchens was the best and most thorough bid. Howard’s Kitchens designs were also the most thoughtful and creative.
Howard’s crew was exceptional, highly skilled and well organized. They did everything from the plumbing, wiring, drywall and appliance installations. No waiting for subcontractors. When they left for the day, the premises were spotless- no dust or debris. The fact that they have worked for Howards for many years says a lot about the owner. I would add that they were trustworthy and did not require us to be there with them- a big plus. Mr. Kaplan, the owner, was always available and always promptly returned our calls. I can’t say enough about this company. Five Stars!!!!”

The first time they repaired and returned my machine quicker that promised, and the second time fit a quick fix into their busy schedule, while making it clear I could end up at the back of the service line if my problem required anything labor-intensive. Erin was sweet and professional about managing expectations, and my last problem was solved in less than 15 minutes!”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”

“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”
“What a great place to buy a used appliance! I've bought several here over the years and they always work great, are a clean as a new appliance, and delivered promptly. The delivery crew is are great and friendly folks who are extremely diligent and careful with the deliveries. I would never buy a new appliance (which typically break down after a few years) when I could have an older, reliable appliance that will give me years of service.”

This gentleman was very helpful with every question.”

“I buy remodeling items and bird seed here. Actually when it comes to birds, I only purchase suet cakes here. I purchase the hot pepper suet, and the squirrels leave it alone. They no longer provide a discount for multiple purchases of suet cakes. Great plants here also. Good Christmas items here.”

“We love the kid's workshop they host. While it does get loud with a bunch of kids hammering, it's totally worth it. My kids look forward to going to these events, plus learning to build something from scratch is a great life skill! The staff that host the workshop are always kind and pleasant as well.”
“I recently ordered a device from best buy and it arrived quickly as specified on their website. I am happy with their serivce however, I do have to mention that their return policy which is within 15 days is a very small time frame as compared to other websites like Amazon, so bear that in mind.”
“The Ridge store staff are far more friendly and helpful than the staff at the Mason store. At Mason, employees often give careless responses such as, “If we have it, it should be in that area.”. I am not sure why but staff seems to be stressed out except there are a few fresh new young employee front/cashier staff.”
