“Held a small networking event here with a catered meal (provided by Delish Dish) and it did not disappoint! Staff was great to work with and the event space was great for up to 20 people, with an ambiance that was complemented by numerous attendees. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot go into this store without finding something for myself or someone else. Wonderfully curated so nothing is average. It's amazing for gifts!!! Everything there is handmade, which I love. I've gotten clothing, planters, casserole & serving platters, artwork, stickers, journals, cards...so far. There's a small parking lot in back but I find it easier to park on the street, (there's been plenty of room anytime I've gone). It's a must visit for me when I visit Cincinatti. I wish all local shops were this cool & friendly.”
“I will recommend this place and activity to anyone who will listen. We took a group of 22 adults on a field trip and the demonstration was so good. The majority of our group was individuals who have a disability and their care and kindness towards the individuals did not go unnoticed. They clearly love their jobs and it comes across in their interactions with people.”

“Haven’t taken any classes, but I’ve purchased clay and glazes. Always friendly, patient, and conversational when I’ve come in with questions or looking for product suggestions. Clay, glaze, etc. even with my limited knowledge and experience in clay, this place is great to have nearby.
Update: I recently took a few pieces to be fired and one of them was not present at pickup. It was Sunday, and their guy wasn’t in; I would have to try and call next day. Long story short, I got in touch and we were able to find the piece five minutes after he initially called back (either fired separately from my others or placed somewhere I wasn’t looking…I don’t remember) whole process was quick and easy.
QCC remains my favorite spot for supplies, and that’s only been solidified through this experience. I’m just still waiting for that perfect world where my work schedule agrees with their store hours during the week?”

“I have been working with the Velvet Cricket for about 5 years. On average, I do about 1000 per month in business with them. James and the other staff go out of their way to be helpful to clients. It does take about 3 months to get money, but the truth is, that is how long the cycle takes. James is very transparent about that. For my money, I am very happy with the cricket and feel they go above and beyond. These other reviewers seem to believe that they have a full understanding of how the business should be run when their understanding is somewhat amateurish.”

Double Vision was the main annual event of biding auction for every year. Courttney Cooper aka Cincinnatus who does a gigantic Cincinnati map drawings for his own pop culture then do a Oktoberfest chicken dance during in public art show. Courttney & an are both alike brotherhood's cause we're born in Cincinnati. Then some other artists with & without disabilities Kevin White, Neil Dignan, Jennifer Crowe, Sarren Hoffman, Brian Dooley, Katie Hefele, Amy Hayden, Mike G, Dale Jackson, Brian Bitter & Diamond Snowden doing their artwork as well become working together like family. Jenny Hershey aka Zeka was a visual artist who is one of the V+V staff members. The mural of Raymond's legacy done by me, Cedric Michael Cox & Artworks apprentices since back in 2009 is on the left side of V+V building soons when you're heading by on spring grove avenue at Northside.”

“I had a gnarly medical emergency. My class was doing a trip there, but when I arrived, I could barely stand up. I was begging for help when they redirected me to the restroom and made sure to give as many accommodations as they could. Offering me a comfy chair to sit in, water, a bucket to take with me in case I threw up, and wheeling me out in a wheelchair. This was all entirely unplanned as I thought it was just bad cramps. Thanks to them, I made it to the ER safely with my brother. Lovely staff.”
