Jacob at the Tri-County store assisted my husband and I yesterday. Jacob is a great asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. If I return, I would make sure I went on a day he’d be in and ask for him personally.

My experience with Dakota was wonderful and pleasant. I was stressed and I’m not technically savvy and he was very patient and helpful. He didn’t make me feel like an idiot and was very personable. I will recommend my friends and family to ask for Dakota whenever they go to the Tri-County location.

Bri was amazing to work with, we even had a joke about when we both lost service as she has AT&T too! She helped me recover my photos and contacts as my phone was lost and I replaced it!

His attitude was NASTY towards my mother and I. He was non attentive, slouchy and could barley keep his head up off his phone (some caucasian guy) the other guy with pretty eyes that was there was amazing!
