Jacob at the Tri-County store assisted my husband and I yesterday. Jacob is a great asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. If I return, I would make sure I went on a day he’d be in and ask for him personally.

My experience with Dakota was wonderful and pleasant. I was stressed and I’m not technically savvy and he was very patient and helpful. He didn’t make me feel like an idiot and was very personable. I will recommend my friends and family to ask for Dakota whenever they go to the Tri-County location.
