“I recently had a great experience at Bill's Battery Co. I needed a replacement battery, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, quickly pointing me toward exactly what I needed. It’s the kind of local shop where you get straightforward, efficient service without any runaround. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process, and I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for any future battery needs.”

“I have been a customer of Batteries Plus for more than a few years. I have purchased a variety of items from the Beechmont store and have always purchased my motorcycle batteries from there since they are the only business that still warrantees thier broughts for 2 yrs instead of the noemal 6 months that most motorcycle batteries offer. The one time I did have a battery fail within the 2 yrs period it was replaced immediately with no hassle at all. My last purchase was just last week and the manager Mr.Terrel was more than helpful and assisted me in purchasing online since the specific battery I needed was not in stock. It was delivered to my home promptly in a timely manner. I will continue to buy from this store since my expereince has always been positive”

“Fantastic service. I have been buying betteries from them for 30 years. They have amazing prices and can find any auto battery, even hard to find sizes. They even offer a warranty, even on used batteries and really stand behind what they sell. It's very rare to find a business like this one ??”

“I needed to find a less expensive, but still convenient place for regular oil changes. Decided to give this location a try. (The coupon available on their website didn't hurt either) Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean> Really appreciated the digital inspection checklist made available to me. Coupon or not, I think I'll give them another go come next oil change.”

“I drove 600 miles from Iowa with a bad spark plug and these guys had me squared away with lender tools and a new plug for $7 after checking my codes and determining the specific plug that was bad. Nate was fantastic and was able to give me a specific idea of what I could have done wrong (in this case, I dropped the plug and cracked it while changing them). Life saver.”

“Store #2060 So yesterday I was coming down reading road, about 3 blocks before the o Riley store there’s like 7 pot holes. Unavoidable I hit the first one and it damaged my new 2024 Nissan Altima 500$ low rider rim flattens my tire immediately. Unknowingly I immediately turn right cause I know it’s messed up I’m trying to park and see. O Reillys was right there. I thought oh great perfect. And it was perfect. I’m a small woman. I got my jack out and started tugging at the lug nuts. They weren’t budging. I walked intoO’Reillys and there was Steve. A freaking life saver! Steve said hey these tools could help but let me come take a look, he came out and taught me about the whole process. From placing the jack correctly, using the unlock tool for the “ locked” lug nut. He had a bad back but still took every single one of those bolts off. God bless him for real. He did all this with a smile. Steve needs a raise. How can you be that nice in a world like today. Definitely inspiring and definitely opened my eyes to be more like Steve.”

“My tire was losing air. I called last night, spoke to a very nice man who told me to bring it in. This morning I took the car in, was welcomed by Justin and told him my issue. He explained what would happen. Brandon checked the entire car and found my issue was a nail in the tire. He repaired the tire. In no time at all i paid a very reasonable price and was sent on my way. I am very happy with the people and service at the AAA Tire and Auto Sevice on Colerain.”
