“I have been a customer of Batteries Plus for more than a few years. I have purchased a variety of items from the Beechmont store and have always purchased my motorcycle batteries from there since they are the only business that still warrantees thier broughts for 2 yrs instead of the noemal 6 months that most motorcycle batteries offer. The one time I did have a battery fail within the 2 yrs period it was replaced immediately with no hassle at all. My last purchase was just last week and the manager Mr.Terrel was more than helpful and assisted me in purchasing online since the specific battery I needed was not in stock. It was delivered to my home promptly in a timely manner. I will continue to buy from this store since my expereince has always been positive”

Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean>

“I drove 600 miles from Iowa with a bad spark plug and these guys had me squared away with lender tools and a new plug for $7 after checking my codes and determining the specific plug that was bad.
Nate was fantastic and was able to give me a specific idea of what I could have done wrong (in this case, I dropped the plug and cracked it while changing them). Life saver.”

So yesterday I was coming down reading road, about 3 blocks before the o Riley store there’s like 7 pot holes. Unavoidable I hit the first one and it damaged my new 2024 Nissan Altima 500$ low rider rim flattens my tire immediately. Unknowingly I immediately turn right cause I know it’s messed up I’m trying to park and see. O Reillys was right there. I thought oh great perfect.
And it was perfect.
I’m a small woman. I got my jack out and started tugging at the lug nuts. They weren’t budging.
I walked intoO’Reillys and there was Steve. A freaking life saver!
Steve said hey these tools could help but let me come take a look, he came out and taught me about the whole process. From placing the jack correctly, using the unlock tool for the “ locked” lug nut. He had a bad back but still took every single one of those bolts off. God bless him for real.
He did all this with a smile.
Steve needs a raise.

“Many thanks to the manager at AAA Tire & Auto in Colerain. I was headed to TN when my dash started flashing a fault light saying there was a problem with tire pressure. I googled tire service, and was less than a mile from their location, so I pulled in. The manager check all my tires, found they were actually overinflated (most likely from this heat then driving). He made sure I had the correct pressure in all of them, and…….NO CHARGE!! Thank you so much!.”
