I've been waiting at geek squad for 40 min waiting on a trade in which they still haven't helped with. Im literally on my phone making this review while 3-4 other geek squad representatives have looked over me. A trade in takes 5min to do regardless of appointments. Customer service COULD do it but directed me here, I'm assuming because they're too lazy.

Poor product knowledge by employees, piss poor customer support that's not in the United States, unable to speak to an actual store associate to assist with a simple issue and forced to visit the store. I was paying $600 for a simple car stereo, all I wanted to do was upgrade the one I purchased only 24 hours ago because they actually had a better one in stock that the associate failed to bring to my attention. long story short I cancelled the order and got my money back. I'll take my business somewhere else before they waste another second of my time.
EDIT: Ordered and paid for the upgraded model I wanted from a different BB store yesterday evening only to get an email a moment ago saying that product was no longer in stock. OVER 3 HOURS OF TIME AND GAS WASTED WITH ZERO RESULTS!!!
Never again will I step foot in a BB store. I'll pay over the price of their best deal just to avoid their foolishness.

Less and less selection by the week. No music no movies, barely gaming. Still tech inspired though. You'll find a TV, music player, laptop. Feels like one half of the store is doing fine and the other is a better home good store that's a bit more pricey. Staff is cool though.

They had a cable that was close enough, but gave us the most expensive one they had! Found out later they had several shorter and cheaper cables we could have chosen. We asked for a 3 foot standard, the salesman sold us a 10 foot heavy duty. $21.00 more expensive! Great sales switch-up!

I recently ordered a device from best buy and it arrived quickly as specified on their website. I am happy with their serivce however, I do have to mention that their return policy which is within 15 days is a very small time frame as compared to other websites like Amazon, so bear that in mind.
