“A hidden gem in a beautiful community. Perfect little spot to grab a book, head up to Alms and dive right in. Walking inside actually brought me back to a memory, or a vague idea of one. The smell of books, brightly colored and shelved. I didn’t know what I was after, I just felt around until something spoke to me. It was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.It got me thinking, obviously enough to write this review. But when I was a kid, we stopped supporting these quirky little treasures of our community. We started buying our books at giant megabookstores until Amazon came in and… well… ya know. They kinda went extinct as a result. And when they were gone, we missed them and wanted them back. It’s so nice to see one return and The Bookery is exemplary of why they’re needed.So what if it wasn’t the absolute cheapest price I could have bought it for across the entirety of the internet. I got my money back with the experience.Five stars.”

“Nice selection for a small, local bookstore. They had Ursula LeGuin's version of the Tao Te Ching, which is the best in my opinion. Also had Michael Wizer's "Mindfulness: The Art of Living, which was the reason I went there.”

“Wide selection of new items, historic books and a fun area especially for children. An area for story time and one on the big kid side too. Plenty of gifts, toys, puzzles and a special Blenko glass area, wow! There is a information desk and was friendly and helpful. I hope book stores survive, there was a huge selection, are they pricey yes.”

This bag of rom com dvds was just only about 10% rom OR com and included instead a sports action movie, a documentary about crossword puzzles, and Night at the Museum.”

“It's a very nice and well thought book store, with a dense collection I could tell were picked by staff.However on my visit someone who appeared to be working had their dog with them at work, and that's not an issue. I just had an unpleasant time shopping in an otherwise quiet book store, while the dog was barking and when I rounded the corner and was startled again, because she "doesn't like men or facial hair". I would just prefer not to be startled by a partially trained pup.”

“The space is full off old books and records to search through. The coffee is fresh and the Bagels were fantastic. The lady working was helpful and friendly. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, a place you want to spend a few hours with friends or alone just relaxing. The mugs for dine in were amazing and unique. Will definitely be going more often!!”

“I stumbled across this gem as I was deliver a load to a Lumber Liquidators near by. While the forklift driver was unloading me I walked over and was able to take about 30 to explore their vast selection. Everything was well organized into genre with each genre carefully organized into subsections by author’s last name. I found a book I had been searching for for months and wasn’t able to locate anywhere else as well as others I hadn’t been. The only down side is that I live in North Carolina and probably won’t get back anytime soon unless it’s on purpose..”

“Nice little bookstore. The staff member was helpful and kind despite the fact I went to the wrong bookstore for what I needed? They have basic office supplies and books, just like a college bookstore should. 5/5 stars.Only thing is—it was a little hard to find, but it is in the back of the food court building. You have to resist the urge to stop at the chick fil a on your way to it haha. If you can’t handle that temptation, maybe plug your nose on the way by….”
