“We stopped at Book Bus Depot on a recent vacation and I was floored. First of all, this place is adorable. It's also right next to a coffee shop so you can also sit and enjoy your book with a cup of coffee if you have the time. The place is entirely run by volunteers, and great ones at that. I was flustered due to traveling with young children and they went above and beyond to help me feel at home. They are super kid-friendly as well. I could have stayed there all afternoon. I love the mission of the store and their passion for children, teachers, and literacy. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!”

“If you're a mtg fan, 40k, dnd or anything scifi and fantasy they'll probably have something for you.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming.
I'm a fan of magic the gathering, d&d, and anything fantasy/dark fantasy and grimdark scifi including 40k lore and this store has this content everywhere so i was happy, i highly recommend Cincy book rack and hero's hearth for all your literary and physical/tabletop gaming needs.”
“Very clean. Nice and cool they dont keep the place hot like other stores. Plenty of room if using a stroller walker or wheelchair. Book selection is impressive. I came from Kentucky to here. Definitely recommend. Plenty of parking also and very easy to find.”
“This particular Barnes and Noble is very nice! The store has 2 levels. When you walk on, be sure to walk through toward the back. It has the illusion of being small and not much of a selection, but there are more books downstairs past the cash register. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.”

“This is one of my favorite locations in the Cincinnati area. They always have a great variety of misc items. I typically look for unique collectibles and the occasional book or 2. Staff is always helpful and friendly. And the location is simply amazing. When you're done shopping you can just grab a quick bite from any of the restaurants within walking distance.”

“Great Xavier swag and merchandise. My high school senior daughter wanted to buy everything because it wad all so cute. Prices are high like any other bookstore. Walked out with a cutoff sweatshirt to wear to the Xavier basketball game”
“It was great going back to the bookstore and getting some swag. I graduated in 1990 and promptly left Cincinnati. Just moved back after 30 years away. It was amazing being back on campus. The bookstore is very large, clean and lots of stuff. Purchase a new hat, car decal and some stickers.”

“I LOVE The Bookery, and whether you're a local or someone visiting out of town, The Bookery is an absolute gem. The owners and staff alike are delightfully kind, super friendly, and will help you find any book. I'm also, as a mom of younger kids at the time of this review, absolutely in love with the kids nook that they have. My oldest loves to sit in the little cubby area or camp out at the kid table and quietly enjoy books which gives me time to peruse my own interests while keeping an eye on them - there's something and a place for everyone!
They have a really fantastic selection across all the genres and there has been several books that, even when they don't have them in stock, I can reach out to them in person, by phone, or by email and they will help me get what I'm looking for while making it a kind, warm experience. I also love seeing all that they do for the local community and area, and I have been a past participant in their awesome book club which is also great to join!
The world needs none of the giant corporate cash grab companies, and all of the incomparable treasure shops like The Bookery that are irreplaceable both in what they give and do, and how they treat people. Be sure to stop in, it's more than worth it!”
