Great customer service! It took approximately 15 minutes to pick out a new phone and leave. There was over an hour wait at Xfinity.

Luis is the best! He was so much more helpful than customer support. I would rather do things online but this seemed to require somebody in person and Luis made it as easy as possible.Luis is fantastic.
