“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people.
