“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. His calm pleasant way is worthy of your using him to improve your image. Cleo”

“As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

“I’ve been with AT&T for over 27 years and my local store in Anderson Township, Cincinnati. Twice now I have had the help of the same young man, Jay, who’s has been so informative to help me make better decisions. This last time I had to visit it again due to equipment issues WiFi of all things. Heaven forbid we should be without right ?!
Jay, the same representative as my first visit , resolved the issue gracefully caring about my dilemma when the part was not in the store he found a solution. I will be staying with this service for many more years to come and largely due to the great employees that are continually helpful while being polite and pleasant to work with to resolve my requests. Thanks Jay!!”

“Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience.
