  I made a reservation for a car here twice (way in advance). Both times, I was called the day before and told they would not have a car ready for me and to look somewhere else.

  These people rented me a vehicle that was previously driven by a heavy smoker. As soon as the air freshener wore off it was terrible. I won't be renting any of their dirty ashtrays anytime soon.

  I was about to reserve a vehicle for a family trip. After reading the horrible reviews, I'll think I'll go elsewhere.
