“Our experience purchasing a truck was exceptional from start to finish, thanks in large part to the Mike Albert Leasing Sales Team and to Matt Adelsperger. Matt and the team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for our family’s needs. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. From finding the right truck to guiding us through the purchasing process, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with our decision. There was never any pressure—just outstanding customer service and a sincere desire to help. Even after the purchase, Matt went the extra mile by taking the photograph of our new truck that we included with our review. That thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the level of service we received. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our truck. Five stars and a very enthusiastic recommendation for Matt! If you’re looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend working with him.”
“We have been buying/leasing cars from Honda East for almost 30 years. It’s because of their excellent sales team and service!! Jeff and Tina always take great care of us!!!”
“Dave came through for me and I really appreciated it. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. He worked his hand and me into the car that I wanted. So if I ever need another car I will be back. The staff I met there are great.”
“We had a great experience at Kings Toyota. Our salesman was Layton Griefenstine. He gave us space to make our own decision. No pressure at all. We did go to Kings Honda as well and felt very pressured. That's what made us decide on Toyota and we are so glad we did!”
“I recently bought a used pickup truck from Theis Motor Company. I'm 49 years old, and this was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. They were great in every regard!”
“I had a great experience here and would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer. From sales (Devon) to financing, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication, and never pushy. We like to review our options and do our homework, we were given the space to do that here. And thank god I never heard “I’ll have to go talk to my manager.” We love our Volvo and the buying experience was perfect. Thank you!”
“This is our preferred rental location. They are open until 6pm, which helpful when trying to pick up or drop off a rental after work. The staff is professional and accommodating. We prefer to rent a vehicle for long highway trips. The team here has always taken very good care of us.”
“I've rented from Mike Albert several times, especially during our spring AAU basketball season when we were doing a lot of traveling. I've always had a good experience there, and a lot of that comes from dealing with James. He's always been very accommodating and made sure I had a nice, clean vehicle every time. There were even times when I needed multiple rentals for our trips, and he made sure everyone in our group was happy with their vehicles as well. No matter what I needed, he always found a way to make things work. I really appreciate how easy he's made the whole process. I've never had to worry about the condition of the vehicles or whether things would be ready when I needed them. He's always been friendly, helpful, and consistent with the way he takes care of his customers. I've had nothing but good experiences renting from Mike Albert, and I wanted to make sure James gets some recognition for that. When someone consistently takes care of you the way he has, it doesn't go unnoticed. I definitely appreciate everything he's done for me and the people I've traveled with.”
“I had a fantastic experience with the Eastgate Enterprise rental office! Due to a last-minute flight cancellation, I needed a rental car urgently without a reservation. After finding no availability at a nearby Hertz location, I turned to Eastgate, where I regularly rent vehicles. The staff there were incredibly accommodating and efficient, getting me set up with a clean, well-maintained car that was fully fueled and ready to go. I was in and out within half an hour, which allowed me to continue my travel smoothly and attend to my client’s needs without any hassle. The professionalism and helpfulness of the Eastgate team truly made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend their service!”
“I had a great experience with Enterprise. I had an issue with my rental car and needed to exchange it after regular business hours. One of the employees went above and beyond by coming back and reopening the counter just to help me with the exchange. They made the whole process very easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated the extra effort and excellent customer service. They even waived that day’s rental charge from my total because of the inconvenience. It’s not often you come across this level of customer care. Thank you for going out of your way to help me when you didn’t have to. Really appreciate it and highly recommend this Enterprise location!”
“Exceptional customer service every time I have used this location. This last time it was the best ever. Reservation made easily by phone. I was picked up at my house at the scheduled time and handed the key fob to a clean, comfortable car when we arrived at the dealership. Returning the car was facilitated by Enterprise coordinating with another location to enable me to drop the car at the car dealership repairing my car. Thank you so very much!”
“Sean and Anthony do everything they can to make sure their customers are taken care of. They go above and beyond and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend that anyone in need of rental trucks go visit Sean and Anthony at the Enterprise truck rental in Sharonville”
“Those folks at Enterprise on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati are on point. Quick in and out service. Simple easy return. Very professional but also very personal when trying to make sure you have what you need. Great job guys... I always rent from Colerain Enterprise, I also have my boss renting from Enterprise when needed..”
“Tire rotation -- fair price, done quickly. Main reason for service: to handle a recall, with new programming installed. For some reason, the recall notice in the Toyota app was not reset, and I'm still awaiting that 4 days later.”
“Over the last several years, this location always provides good and efficient service with more than fifty work-related rentals. They have always had a car when a reservation existed.”
“Such a great location to rent from with plenty of options . Attentive and excellent staff (literally the whole team is great) ! Had a rental for a month waiting on my car to get out the shop . Called every week to extend with zero issues due to my car not being ready at the shop .”
“We rented from the 6610 Glenway Ave location in Cincinnati Ohio. The customer service is amazing! We were helped by Leslie and Cade and they are truly interested in customer satisfaction. This location is my go to when I need a rental!”
“It's a rental car company. I wasn't acknowledged when I first walked in for pickup, other than that, the staff was nice. During my rental I had an issue and Rory was helpful. When I returned the staff was professional.”
“I’ve used Enterprise Rent A Car on a number of occasions and have always had a great experience! I’ve even purchased a car from them and was very happy with the experience and with the car! They are friendly and caring, and the cars are excellent!”
“Mr. A. Benzinger & his staff are very patient & polite with me. I have witnessed them assisting seniors who could not make reservations on your website. (I was one) I watch people come & go in their office. I have never witnessed a dissatisfied renter. For an office of men the restroom has been clean & generally the toilet seat is down. (This is shocking for females.) There is a U.C. student I agree with that the 2530 Reading Rd. Cincy O. 45202 is the better location to come to. Thank you.”
“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. Thank you Mike!!!”
“I've rented a few times for work travel. The vehicles are fine, and I always get what I've asked for. My only gripe is that even though you schedule a pickup appointment, your car isn't always ready on time. Sitting and waiting for your vehicle is annoying when you had an appointment.”
“Amy in Cincinnati was an absolute dream, great customer service and helped us get the right last minute vehicle for our work trip. We were in and on the road in a matter of minutes even with no advanced booking.”
“The guy that waited on us was really nice he was very busy for him to be by himself he did a wonderful job. I didn’t even realize it was so close to me.”
“The customers appreciate the attention to detail provided by the service, as it consistently meets my needs and addresses all of my questions. It’s clear that this is the best Avis location in the city.”
“Great customer service. Had my vehicle ready on time. I will be using this Avis moving forward for all of my rental car needs. Charisma was very personable and great to chat with.”
