Buff City Soap in Western Hills is a clean, bright, and happy store that smells great. It is an excellent place for a birthday party, with the space and staff exceeding expectations. Parties are easy to organize and leave all guests wanting to come back. The staff is genuinely happy, sweet, fun, kind, and very helpful, providing amazing and on-point customer service. Employees are great at greeting customers, recommending nice products, and fixing requests, creating a wonderful experience. Customers enjoy smelling all the soaps and find the products good, often becoming returning customers. However, a distracting stench has been noticed near the washer and dryer, with the scent lingering around the store, which can make shopping feel unbearable. Despite this issue with the smell, the overall service and experience are highly recommended.

We had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here and it was so much more than I expected. The girls had a blast and the staff seemed so genuinely happy to be there and be a part of her day. I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking for an easy birthday party that will leave all your guests wanting to come back.

I went to the Western Hills location where I met Bianca and she hit it out the park (the ball is still traveling).
I am a person that documents when I am not happy but I also document when I AM HAPPY.

Was my first time visiting, and the cashier was really nice, I didn't see any of the scent I liked in the liquid soap, and I asked if she could, and she fixed it up for me, I also got a few more goodies as well. Heads up you will have a returning customer!
