“We needed plaster for our new plunge pool we had constructed in the fall of 2021 and Western Hills is one of the few places that you can find it in the tri state area. Andy is the pool master there and very helpful from giving us samples to decide on the color that we wanted to helping us find someone to put the plaster on. Thanks to him and Western Hills Supply it all came together on June 12 thanks to Western Hills and Andy. Just in time for the summer heat. Highly Recommend!!!”

“I'm a senior citizen who was shopping Lowe's on Ridge Ave ( 12-29-2023) looking for some roller shade brackets. I ask a young man who had on a Lowe's Uniform for help. Just look at me with his hands in pockets. Told me he with someone ( WRONG). I saw an African American gentleman named Eugene for help. With a smile he walked me to the items I was looking for. Lowe's, please give Eugene a gold star for good customer service”

“Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU".
