Had tried to make bill payment by phone. Spent 45min with customer service and they couldn’t get it done. Made a call to Kenwood store. Andrew answered the phone and took care of me in 5 min. Quick & friendly customer service is hard to find these days. Thx agan from WW.

Convenient Kenwood location. Very clean with nice displays and friendly service. Both times I've been there I've waited in line between 10 to 20 minutes before getting service as there is typically a line almost to the door, so plan accordingly

I dislike this company so much. They outsource their customer service to India; they blare static into the phone when you are on hold; they harass you with sales calls (even when you are an existing customer!); they constantly try to upsell you; they treat you very poorly over the phone and in person; they relentlessly try to upgrade your service or sell you more products; they send sales people to your physical address; they make it burdensome to end their service; AND they charge nearly 3x what national competitors charge for a similar or better product. There is something very cynical about this company, and I would gladly pay twice what I do with my current provider to never have to use Altafiber's services ever again.

I’m not good with all the latest technology-Mike & Josh were VERY HELPFUL and took the time to answer all my questions to include help with billing issues - it was the BEST experience ever - being able to talk to someone, in person, and solve all my problems - I would highly recommend Altafiber for customer service and the Kenwood employees especially Mike or Josh

I will be switching back to Spectrum as of tomorrow! I've been TRYING for the last month to use the streaming service that was supposed to be offered but the app is a joke?Maybe in the future I will try again but for now....✌?✌?.....UPDATE: 2 months later....they are trying to get me to pay for May, 2023 services....I had Alta Fiber for April...already paid....ain't paying for a service that I didn't have in May..stop trying to rip people off????

This place is a hidden treasure. If you're an Alta Fiber customer you need to come here. Customer service is no problem there's of associates to help you. All the latest Wi-Fi gadgets are here for your home. If you're in the Kenwood area you will want to check this store out.
