Went in there right towards the end of their day. And we had to get some sim cards activated. Tammy was super help and was able to do what apple couldn't in only about 10 mins

According to Google Maps it says it closes at 8 and when I arrive at 7:25 it is already closed, something that bothered me, I wasted my time.

Worst cricket store in Cincinnati!! Go to ANY other store. I’m ending my Cricket plan ASAP. Computers are down half the time I go there… then got charged extra when I couldn’t pay the bill there due to no computers working. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or owner & the workers LIE & say that there isn’t one… & won’t tell me when 1 will be there…then the ridiculous xtra fees all the lack of help from the rude workers there… also hardly ever someone there that speaks English. I have gone here every month for 2 yrs… but NEVER again

We arrived at the store at 7:54 pm and the door was closed even after we asked the employees to open the door , the girl inside refused and said we are closed ! This is a very bad customer service from a your company. It’s really unacceptable!!!

employees are very helpful.
I have used cricket all my life I have always had good sign but recently I moved to Forest Park, Cincinnati OH and the signal has been terrible not to be due, at work I can not receive or send messages and calls, while my colleagues from other companies if they have signal, I would not like to change company.

Went to this location for the first time I was invisible. Four staff members on one person. and I couldn't get no service they act like I was not even there. Everyone was Hispanic speaking Spanish. Customer service was really bad

I went here to set up a business phone most recently. The employees were prompt and helpful. The person helping me even put my screen protector on for me! That was awesome because I always end up with bubbles when I do it myself.

I have been 2 times each time they was very unprofessional, I went in July 23, my phone was having a problem with it, they was rude, unknowledgeable, I left and went to Dixie highway. That's the second time I left I have been a customer for 12 years, she was speaking Spanish I didn't understand her..

Great customer service!Went in to get a new phone. The staff was a great help in deciding which model best fits my needs. Would definitely go back here to upgrade my phone next time. They definitely made my day great ? keep up the great work ?
