This is a great place to go if you want to guess when your prescription is going to be ready (calling is pointless) then head there & wait ten minutes in the drive thru behind someone. After the person in front is finally helped, you pull up only to see the curtain drawn over the window & the intercom saying they are out to lunch. THANKS SO MUCH!!! Great customer service, NOT!!!!

They've never been great but now they closed their pharmacy on Sundays & that's just the last straw for me. If I never have to go back I won't miss it.

Received a message an hour ago telling me this was the last day to pickup my meds. Message was dated the 9th and it's the 12th of the month. Needless to say: no prescription. It was put back.Recommend using another pharmacy.

New customer to the pharmacy and was left feeling very frustrated. However, I went on to buy some other items in the store and went to the cashier, Jerri. Jerri turned my whole experience around; very nice and pleasant. Also, made me aware of a coupon that I could use for my purchase. I think good customer service is a lost art-form. Jerri is literally the reason why I am giving four stars instead of one.

Avoid like the plague. Closing your pharmacy all day on a Saturday unannounced is not a way to conduct business. Hopefully no one needed any critical prescriptions today.

If you need life saving medication from this location, you better hope you don't enjoy your life.

by far the most disgusting service from a pharmacy I have ever experienced. I arrived at 6:01 for a prescription pick up and was promptly told by the staff member Jaden they closed at six. “you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. He said. I Appealed that it was one minute after six, and I was just picking up a prescription that was ready. The floater pharmacist, Kelly gleefully told me “that’s just the way it is.” She managed to say this with a smirk on her face that was almost sadistic. She looked like she was enjoying herself even more when I asked for her name.If taking pleasure in turning away a customer trying to pick up a prescription for a medical condition she had no clue about and couldn’t care less. gives you pleasure, God help you. Bring closed a minute is one thing but a complete lack of decency, consideration or empathy in the line of duty, from a person in the medical profession dispensing critical medication is another. It is disgusting, inhumane and wholly unacceptable.

Terrible service! I was trying to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacist at the other pharmacy called multiple times over 4 days to try to transfer my prescription but no one will answer the phone!!! I went there myself to ask them to transfer and they said the other pharmacy would have to call and they couldn’t transfer at my request. I asked them how that is possible if they don’t answer the phone!! Pure incompetence. I called CVS customer service and they tried to resolve the situation for me but they couldn’t get them to answer the phone either!! It was escalated to the district manager still waiting for a resolution.

This location is convenient for me, but I ended up transferring scripts to a different CVS. The customer service here is awful; the employees act like you’re causing them such great inconvenience by asking to pick up a prescription. They’re always out of medications. The final straw was when they gave me 30 pills out of a 90 day script. I had to go back and have them give me the rest - I’m glad it wasn’t pain medication or anything.

I went to my CVS to pick up a prescription and was greeted by the usual employee that acted like I was a bother. I also wanted to make an appointment to get my shingles shot and he told me I had to make it online he couldn’t make it in person I was a little put out and turned to leave when the pharmacist who I had never seen before her name is Adjoq called to me and actually gave me my vaccine on the spot. I wanted to give her a shoutout and I hope CVS Appreciates her effort

One of the saddest CVS locations I've seen and experienced.- The shelves are bare- Ceiling is leaking in multiple places- 1 pharmacist available- 1 employee- I waited for 10 mins on the phone with no reply.- I sent my prescription in 48hrs ago and it still wasn't ready and there were no customers in the store. I think I know why.Frankly this entire area seems to be going down hill, even within the year I've lived near here.Employers need to wake up, pay well and hire right.

Manager Tony Meyer leaves early and I will assume has NO IDEA what goes on in his absence. I've never been in a store that didn't have a manager available...there's a reason why good businesses don't leave employees and customers unattended. One problem at this specific location is the pharmacy. The absolute worst in customer service (just read their other reviews). They rarely have Rx ready. They seem to be poorly stocked in pharmacy as well. Its not your average in and out pharmacy.. You will be there it will seem a lifetime and may wait forever just for them to not fill your order for numerous odd reasons. Employees lie when you ask to speak to rmanager. Employee at front of store Matt gave me contact info for management of a whole different store. They also need chairs at pharmacy because of excessive long lines i overheard elders saying. I have to not recommend this place. Try Walgreens right up the street instead, you'll be glad you did. I will be transferring both my mothers and daughters prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
