I came here with a friend to purchase a dress for a special dinner over the holidays. An employee (I'm guessing manager, gentlemen in button up & khakis) followed us the entire trip. This is actually the second time he's done this to us, I thought I misunderstood his intentions the first time. I'm not sure if he thinks we're going to steal something but shopping there was extremely uncomfortable. I thankfully received great service and found the perfect dress at another store in the mall

Beware and check your receipt. I drove 39 minutes to make a return and I was told there was a 3 day return policy because the item was clearanced. They refused to return the item, 8 days old. I won't be shopping there again unfortunately because I thought it was a good store.

I stopped in Dillards today (8/10) to check out their higher end bags (LV&Gucci) just to see if I could find one similar to the Gucci bag I ordered online the gentleman that helped me was very nice and professional but the old lady that worked in the same department as him watched me like a hawk and was very unprofessional she kept trying to butt in on our conversation which was very annoying but I ignored her and only responded to him until she tried to tell me that the stains on the vanchetta was from someone attempting to clean the bag when clearly they were water stains the store that these bags are ordered from are sold as is so I had to let her know and hopefully she won’t misinform the next person if they are going to have her working in that dept please send her to some training classes so she can know about the products she is trying to sell also the bags that they do have are very worn, heavily stained and overpriced if you are considering purchasing an LV or Gucci bag just do it online from the same store that they use which is WGACA you can find some in much better condition at a cheaper price I would never spend a dime in a store where I feel like I am being racially profiled against do better with your sales associates Dillard’s because of her you deserve 0 stars!!

Horrible company, store manager is the most atrocious and incompetent human being. I’ve ever met. The place has black mold. Employees are always treated like garbage and forced to act like there happy in front of customers while being abused both physically and mentally by managers jill neal kate in shoes and Randal hockenburry. Jill neal hit one poor co worker with a bathroom door righ in the girls face becouse she didnt clean the bathroom fast enough then cut the poor workers hours to 1 day a month to avoid the worker getting unemployment. Dillards hates any disabled customer or employe and discriminates the disabled. The place has mold in the fitting rooms and in most of the store. Carpets are stained with urin in the juniors fitting rooms and in the mens fitting rooms. They must pay bribes to osha and to the local health departments to not be shutdown. Because the place is disgusting. Place also has bugs crawling around and employes are forced to come in even with covid but told to hide it from customers. Randal and Jill are both trying to hide theese problems. They also duct tape broken clothing racks that end up falling on customers. Corperate dont seem to care at all as long as there making money. The place should be shut down. I left due to medical discimination after i had a car wreck caused by being overworked to the point of total exhaustion and still forced to come in. Customers are to be lied to to get more sales or tge employes get in trouble for not tricking the customers into buying inferior quality products. The place is a madhouse with poor wuality managment and one of the highest employe turn over rates in america. Nobody stays long anymore exept the ones thats already been there from before randal was there.

I saw the manager Randal treating his dock workers like they were garbage. Then he screamed at customer service for doing their job and not letting him give free stuff to his friends. Then one employe was crying because Randal got mad when the young girl denied a date with him. He literally asked her out and her so much younger than him and tried to force her to go out with him or be fired. I was standing right there. A customer hearing all this. Is this how this company likes their managers to act? Im never going back again and will tell everyone i can with young girls to avoid this place. Becouse the store manager is a real creep.
