Dmara Guitar Repair is a shop known for quality work and a fantastic setup. The luthier is a master of his craft, extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable. He is an expert on guitars, banjos, and mandolins, and does them all. Repairs can be very fair in price, though the shop is often very busy, so work may take a little longer than expected. He is not open typical hours. This is the guitar shop to go to for anyone that wants professional, quality work on their instrument.
Doug set up my 1977 Ovation Legend after I had not played it in a long time. I asked for low action without fret buzz. Very happy with his work. Put on a new set of D'Arridio strings at no extra charge. Will take any future guitar work to his shop.

After using another local luthier and not getting much help, I took my guitar to Doug and now it’s a completely different guitar. It’s a really nice instrument that I love to play. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend Doug to anyone who will listen.
