“Richard, I believe a manager, was extremely helpful. We found a single window treatment we liked at his store and he was kind enough during a busy day to call a couple other stores (one of which answered) to locate two others. This was noteworthy because I don't believe the stores are connected with each other like typical chains.”
“I thought malls were dead but I walked into this store yesterday and wow! I guess with back to school shopping everyone is out looking for deals at Dillard's. I was shopping in the Men's department and an older well dressed genteman named Ed helped me find a great custom suit. No joke he was waiting on three customers at one time and did a tremendous job of handling all of our needs. Very impressive! You don't get this type of service anymore. Thank you Dillard's!”

On another note, please give the Amazon returns desk a chair. Removing reasonable accommodations because one ex-employee was bad at her job is cruel.
They don't have any opportunities to leave their station, they are forced to stand in one spot waiting for someone to show up.”

“I shop here weekly. Sometimes more than once a week. I run in for single items when necessary. I've gotten to know some employees by name. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Angelica always has a smile and a sweetheart. Aimee also a big sweetheart. Very friendly as well. Austin running carts in the lot ( new addition with noticeably cleaner cart corral and lot.) He always says hi. Robert always very quiet but willing to happily help. I've dealt with Jeff and Emily at customer service. They are both extremely helpful and friendly. I don't always get the answer I want. But rules are rules lol. I use to shop multiple stores each week for groceries. Now for the past two months, I just do ALL of my grocery shopping at Meijer. They have a very welcoming group of employees!”

“It's an average Marshalls, but to their credit they usually do have decent deals on fairly good clothing at a good price. Cant go above a 4 though just because they are always a bit unorganized and it makes finding stuff a little difficult sometimes.”
“They have all of your pet needs. The workers are friendly and prices on many items are very competitive. They offer vaccine services for pets each month and the veterinary staff is wonderful. Also you can bring your pet which makes the trip more exciting. The only issue I found was that all of the the many plants they had for sell were severely not taken care of and were lacking water. To the point I didn't want to purchase any of their vegetable plants that they had for sale. That was a shame..”

“Was looking for a new foundation and really didnt know what I was looking for. Patrick & Paige led me through everything and helped me compare their selection. They were super kind, patient, and personable the entire way through. They put me first over trying to push any specific product and led me to my new combination of foundation and concealer in the perfect shades for me!! I will absolutely be back for because because of how welcoming these two were and how happy I am with my new product!!”
“I love Nordstrom. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing. There’s not one in the city where I live. I always make it a point to come here whenever I’m visiting Cincinnati. I really needed a couple of nice dresses that I could transition into fall and wear variety of occasions. The sweetest lady who works in the designer section came over to help me even though I was not shopping in the designer section. She pointed out pieces that had an elevated look to them were well-made and flattering for my body. She came to the dressing room and checked on me and gave me feedback and got me sizes. I walked out with two dresses that I’m super excited about. That hardly ever happens to me. This sweet lady that was working the designer section and women’s clothing today needs a raise. She is a gem.”

“Very limited selection in 32 waist and quality casual tops in (Men) L. All stores w/ this model are to an extent, but I virtually never walk out with anything that was on my list here. But always walk out w/ something at least. Place is clean, employees are always helpful, carry pleasant, cheery vibes. Homegood section isnt huge, but can find some good deals usually. Same with cosmetics/skincare. All in all, I recommend stopping in.”
