“Amidst the torrential downpour outside, Dierdre T., working lane 8, went above and beyond for me. I had bought several large poster boards. Deirdre took the time and went out of her way to find adequate covering for my poster boards so that they would not be ruined by the rain. This was very kind. I was touched by her care, thoughtfulness, and concern.”

When you walk in be prepared to spend some money! This is one of my fav stores to shop for children and babies. There is an overflow of product in every department especially around the holidays. Be prepared that there is usually a long line when shopping here, but the staff do great at keeping it moving.”

“I am highly satisfied with my experience. Firstly, a young associate named Chloe helped guide me looking for summer clothes. She was very personable and even pointed out the hello Kitty chairs and other items. She is a wonderful sales woman certainly. I noticed it right off the bat. Then while waiting in the very long line, I heard over and over and over The lady who ended up checking us out, Angie, ask each client "Did you find everything okay today? I also heard her try to upsell that credit card. I respectfully declined to the credit card. I was so impressed by her customer service that I would actually hire her at the company I work for. I even scanned all of the client compliments taped on the wall behind her to see if her name was listed. I was shocked to see Angie's name was only listed once because she is a step above the rest. Overall I had a wonderful experience.”

I always find the products that I need at this location. Everything is neat and organized even the clearance area.”

“The merchandise is great some little price high, but for the most part price just right or low and the lines went quickly and it was a very long line. I experienced one associate who was not really friendly but the next time I went over, I got a really friendly one.”

“This chain store is overlooked for pet supplies. They have the best selection of dog clothes around and the prices are great. Also they have good dog treats and harder to find items like antlers that are priced way below average. And I always leave with a bag full of clothes and a bag full of household goods in addition to my dog purchases.”
“Very limited selection in 32 waist and quality casual tops in (Men) L. All stores w/ this model are to an extent, but I virtually never walk out with anything that was on my list here. But always walk out w/ something at least. Place is clean, employees are always helpful, carry pleasant, cheery vibes. Homegood section isnt huge, but can find some good deals usually. Same with cosmetics/skincare. All in all, I recommend stopping in.”

“It's an average Marshalls, but to their credit they usually do have decent deals on fairly good clothing at a good price. Cant go above a 4 though just because they are always a bit unorganized and it makes finding stuff a little difficult sometimes.”
“This is by far the best dollar tree I’ve been to! Usually I expect dirty floors and shelves, boxes in the aisles, things not stocked well, and long slow lines. This store is the opposite!! Well stocked, very clean, attentive and kind workers!”

“I wish I knew my clerk’s name. I came here the day after Christmas to return damaged items. She was very kind and no hassle about my returns. I then took my credit to shop for my son and husband’s birthdays. Our second check out lady was just as helpful. She said most of my purchase was paid for by my Kohl’s cash, $90 plus bucks! “I shopped at the Anderson Town Center Macy's on 2/26/26 and was approached by DAYANA, an associate, in the store. I was browsing, so she immediately asked if I needed assistance. I was impressed by her willingness to offer help. She was approachable, friendly, and extremely professional. As an associate, she represented Macy's well, and I felt as though she truly liked her job. Dayana is a definite asset to this store, and I applaud the HR employee who hired her. “The teller was able to fix an issue I have been having for years- the previous owner of my phone number has a Kohl's account, but she's dead! Now I have my own account ?
On another note, please give the Amazon returns desk a chair. Removing reasonable accommodations because one ex-employee was bad at her job is cruel.
They don't have any opportunities to leave their station, they are forced to stand in one spot waiting for someone to show up.”
