“I love this place. It's a great store ever since Big lots is out of business. This is definitely a go-to. I found a wonderful heating blanket for $19.99. I am going to take the best naps ever this winter. And I'm going to try some new drinks by Dole green tea. Citrus splash customer service was great. Seven hills location!”

“It is more of a browse for a thing type place as inventory online is not always available in store. Great spot for puzzles, journals and games. You never know what you will find. One puzzle came up on another large online seller for $20 and I paid $5”
“I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”

I took my daughter and son so we could get some things.. they have a wide variety of merchandise, including some clothing, hats, sandals, pool floaties, towels and sand toys. They have makeup, hairbands and clips, exercise gear, room decor, kids toys, family games, arts and crafts, books, and dog beds. I could go on and on lol.
They're sweet workers and always have been nice and respectful to everyone = great customer service. It is surrounded by other stores, restaurants and the Kenwood Mall is right across the street.”
“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”

Small venue makes conversation pretty much impossible, so don't expect that type of experience. They do take reservations or you can take a chance like we did. The food came out hot & was good. Short-staffed, but everyone was pleasant & making an effort.”

“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”

“I come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall it’s always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldn’t get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldn’t get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldn’t see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldn’t happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to me”
“I stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”

“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”
