“This is not my kind of store, but young people are definitely the target group. My teen-age grandchild liked it for the posters. It was unorganized. My personal opinion is that it was a cross between Dollar Tree and Spencer Gifts, minus the erotic items. I can't see me needing this store, but young people will like it.”

“I have been dealing with a return process for over two months with corporate...so I called the store today after finally getting the approval. Jacob was so unbelievably kind, caring, and so helpful! I got to the store to return two recliners and do an exchange. He made phone calls on my behalf, and handled my entire visit with respect. I thanked him over and over for being so kind and helpful, I just don't think that was enough. He honestly was so wonderful to work with and made this entire process a breeze on my part. “I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”

“I shop here all the time. I don't think that some people know what you can get in a dollar store that will save you a lot of money. I think there are a lot of things that some people just don't realize. You should go to the store and walk the whole thing just to see what they have. I think you'll be surprised at what you can get for $1.25. I do recommend taking a look. The people have always been very nice here as well.”
“This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name brand retailer.”

“Always loved dollar tree & this store is nice, just really disappointed they first raised the price to $1.25, and then recently added a whole section in the back that goes up to $5!!!!! I have not bought a single thing from that section, as a protest. This is ridiculous. Can’t we just have dollar tree back, plain and simple. Otherwise, still so so grateful this place exists.”

“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
