They scheduled to pick me up at the place I dropped off my car at 8:30. They were there at 9:15. It is 10:50 and I'm still waiting for a car!!! I called yesterday to make sure they would have a car for me and they said "it's everything set up". Not a trustworthy place AT ALL!

This location is terrible do not rent from them. They are unprofessional and it takes them to long to close the contract and issue your deposit back. I would deal with other companies even if the deposit is higher. The car was dirty with cigarette burns.

Had arranged for 8:15 am pick up but didn't get out the door until 8:45. Running behind I also had to stop and get gas since the vehicle had less than a quarter tank. Not an ideal start. I should have picked it up the evening before. On my out-of-state trip with work colleagues we kept hearing a knocking sound on the 2024 Cherokee. Fortunately we made it back to town before the SUV died and I had to coast it into a credit union drive through exit lane. I was advised by Roadside Assistance to wait for a tow truck but I demanded to be picked up and an Uber was sent since I was only 2 miles from the return location. This location management was apologetic and offered a free tank of gas on any future rental as well as waived this rental charge. I'm certain I would avoid any Jeep in the future.

Set an appointment for a rental, arrived early and was told no vehicles available. Rent elsewhere if you can, completely unreliable.

Great location, nice cars. Only downside is I have to wait, every time at least 30 mins to get a car. To add perspective, I get a car almost weekly.

I’ve rented from this location twice and have gotten two new vehicles that I felt comfortable driving. However, this location is constantly busy, and yet they always seem way understaffed. You can’t get a hold of anyone there if you try calling either.
The first time I picked up there, I had to wait over an hour for a vehicle I had reserved well in advance, and it had a crusty, old baby bottle in the center console. I’m not sure how long that had been there. The second time I received the car more promptly, but again there was an old water bottle in the back seat. The cars were clean, but those small details kind of tarnish the experience.
I will rent a vehicle here again in the future, but my biggest gripe is that they have got to hire more employees for the volume of people that are coming in and out.

Large selection of vehicles, convenient location and solid customer service. A bit of a wait during busier times (i.e. at opening), but overall the process was very smooth. Adam was very professional and efficient, making for a seamless experience overall. Would definitely rent from here again.

This location consistently does not have any cars available when I show up to pick up, even though I reserved months in advance. They eventually have a car ready, and it’s not the type I requested. For example, one time I was renting a car to drive to West Virginia and the salesperson could not understand why I was not comfortable taking an all electric vehicle. Additionally, they fail to communicate accurately so I’m just left waiting when I could’ve just picked up when it was ready. No other issues.

They charged my debit card and then my credit card. Once the car was returned the debit was returned. It was difficult for them to process that I returned the car to a different airport. I had told them at the time of rental and when I returned the car they had to have a manager fix it.

Clearly inexperienced employees with non-US licences. They took 2 hours of our time made us miss an appointment that I had take to take with an Uber and left my husband trying to figure out a solution of understanding that the license has a direct translation of every section in English yet they would not accept it claiming their policy does not accept “domestic” license although the same license was used in multiple states with the same rental company. The website of policy was also reads home country licenses are acceptable with a valid translation and ID or Passport. I hope the management looks it to issue of negligence and incompetence and takes immediate action and responsibility of training their employees on dealing with non-us licences as most states do.

Don't bother making a reservation several days ahead of time- they WILL NOT HONOR IT, left me high and dry, told me to call the other enterprises because they "couldn't get a hold of anyone else." Absolutely the worst experience when trying to reset a vehicle for work. Do not believe. A WORD of what they say over the phone.

Staff was friendly and accommodating...when you were able to speak with them.
The first issue was they apparently had my reservation but missed that they were supposed to pick me up. Then when I finally was picked up, they didn't have the car I reserved stating that they didn't realize I had selected a truck and had reserved it for another guest. My reservation was made three weeks in advance.
I tried calling this location multiple times across multiple days about an issue I was having with one the cars I rented and was never able to get anyone to answer the phone. I even kept my phone connected for over 40 minutes one day and 1.5 hours the next...no one ever answered.
They also send you a text message when you p/u a car letting you know that you can respond to the text with any needs. I tried that and never received any response back.
Eventually I gave up and just went back to the store to have my issues resolved. They were busy, but someone should still be able to respond to a text or answer a ringing phone. While I was in line I observed all staff completely ignoring the ringing phone.
Additionally when I explained all of these issues I was never once offered an apology for all the trouble I had to go through to resolve the issues. I also observed this "it is what it is" attitude to other customers who seemingly had similar issues.
I updated this down to one star after management reached out to me and asked me for more information. I provided The requested information but heard nothing back for weeks. When they finally did respond back it was if they had never seen anything that they asked me for it was as if I reached out to them with some special request which I didn't and basically the whole ordeal was a complete waste of my time.
