Jonathan our maintenance guy is great. Calls and informs me of what he does. They respond relatively quickly for as large of complex that Colonial Ridge is. Been there 10 years. Very homey and comfy.

Staff walk the talk of displaying care of the community. Communication is key immediately making the community aware of activities lost pets criminal activities. Grounds are well kept. Most of all you are greeted with a welcoming smile.
