Walked up to the door at 458 and two guys inside locked the door. Sign says open till 5pm. They stood there and laughed from the inside.

This branch has the best customer service staff I have ever seen in Cincinnati! Seriously every single person that works there are beyond helpful! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.
