Front desk Ms. Doll was able to connect me with the banker Nick and both were incredibly charming people. Nick set me up with a product that works best for me and Ms. Doll handled my initial concern over the status of my account quickly and got me with the best banker for my situation. Thank you!!!

Opened accounts for son for new job and to cash in Series E bond he got before birth. Although we had to wait, the associate that worked with us was friendly and knowledgeable and took his time with us.I just hope my son is happier with this bank than we were 20+ years ago when we left for another bank.
