More interested in taking call-ins than helping consumers in store.Spent ~10 minutes standing in front of the ‘manager’ waiting for them to get off of the phone to help me check out because the other associate said they were new and couldn’t help.Consider other GameStop retail locations for your needs as opposed to this one.

70% of the time I get a really nice person as an employee there but 30% of time I get this dude who is a little weird, I bought a shirt and he removed the sticker off of the tag accusing me of putting a sticker on the tag and then he ended up being wrong. After being rude and weird started randomly talking about Zelda games even though I was asking him about a game for Xbox. Please drug test your employees I think 2 or 3 of them are on something hard. 4/5 stars for the employees who seem very rude and intoxicated.

Waiting in line for the new Zelda game and it has been 15 minutes without the gates opening or any sign of anyone working. We just want our game! They should have been better prepared for such a big game release

I was sold their annual membership plan because I was told it wouldn't auto renew, but it was a lie.Learned my lesson I guess.

Couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. Associate was not helpful and could not find what was in stock. Products were mislabeled. There was no organization by the workers.

I was trying to buy a controller and video game for my 4 year old. I was being checked out by Ethan at this store and he kept asking me to buy “protection” for my $80 purchase. I said “no thank you 3 times and then he kept telling me I needed to buy it. I again said no I just want to buy my stuff please. Ethan then took my items and threw them behind him and yelled at me to “get out of the store that I wasn’t getting anything”. I said excuse me and he told me and my family (wife and 3 kids) that we needed to leave the store and couldn’t buy the items from there. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a retail shopper and have never been “refused” to buy something from a store before. The kids name was Ethan at the Kenwood mall location in Cincinnati.
