The building is a beautiful and well-maintained 16-story high-rise with sprawling windows and stunning views of the city and Cincinnati hills, just across from Piatt Park. Its perfect area is near bars, restaurants, and many amenities, with always something fun going on. Residents consistently praise the phenomenal, stellar, and amazing staff. The property manager is described as phenomenal, incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and always on top of everything. The maintenance workers and technicians are also phenomenal, brilliant, super friendly, quick, timely, and efficient, happy to answer questions and fix any issues. The team works hard to make Garfield a perfect place to live, going the extra mile to make residents feel at home. A contractor keeps the building pristine and clean. The property itself is very well-kept, always quiet, and offers great amenities including an indoor rooftop pool and a secure mail room. It is dog-friendly. While the central location can lead to some outside city noise, residents find the building itself super quiet. For the price, location, and management, it is considered an absolute steal, the absolute best place, and a great place to stay, with many stating it was the best apartment they ever lived in and that they would have or do recommend living there.
Great place to stay many amenities close by and included on property. The staff and the maintenance workers are phenomenal any issue I had they took care of super quick. Garfield Tower is an awesome and affordable place to live in downtown Cincinnati. The managers (Emily!) and maintenance team is great, the location is superb, the only downside is the apartments are a bit dated, but that is nothing in compared to what you get for your money.

Really a great location to get to both OTR, the Banks, and other easily walkable areas of the city. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help out if you need anything.
