i absolutely love this store. i called looking for some very specific bundles and anything they had that might work was pulled and sat aside for me so i could stop by at my convenience. both people that helped me were incredibly kind and the owner (black owned business!!!) makes sure her customers feel welcome, respected, and appreciated. if you’ve ever been to other stores in the area, you know how important, and rare, this is. i will make the trip from the west side every time, and no other hair store will get my business again!!

Hair Plus is hands down my go-to beauty supply store! They always have a great selection of quality hair products, wigs, and accessories. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable—whether I need help finding the right product for my hair type or trying something new, they always point me in the right direction. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and more). I appreciate that they carry both popular brands and hard-to-find items. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great service and a wide variety of beauty products!

BLACK OWNED!!!?This gem of a hair store was everything I needed. After traveling to two different Cincinnati stores on a SUNDAY, only to find that they were closed ?. The 3rd time was definitely a charm! Hair Plus had exactly what I needed. I was greeted by the owner Melissa who was extremely helpful and friendly. We talked about how rare it is and CHALLENGING to succeed as a BLACK OWNED hair store. Basically, if you don’t look a certain way, you aren’t apart of the “Hair club” that guarantees reasonable wholesale prices as a hair store owner. In spite of the obstacles, Melissa has two storefront locations, a website, and she offers deliveries anywhere in the US. Please support BLACK OWNED business, especially in a monopolistic industry that’s discriminates against the BLACK people who patronize the hair stores in our neighborhood the most!This is a Billion dollar industry and growing, that Black people rarely reap any benefits from. Let’s change that!!

Pros: bigger space, now Black owned, a variety of options, owner is helpful, parking.
Cons: cluttered, unorganized, & customer service is ok. On the phone while trying to help customers is not ok. Parking lot is real tight.
Very cool lady, but let’s do better on customer service and store appearance. It’s hard to appreciate what this store offers when it still looks like they just moved in.

I love this place they give out discounts and the owner is very pleasant n delightful upon entering you are greeted with a smile and hello. Come shop they have varieties and it has more room to walk through
