Got denied service when I showed up with two forms of ID’s terrible customer service

Terrible experience upon return. Charged $150 for what could have only been a minimal amount of dog hair since I vacuumed the car prior to returning it. When I called I was treated with condescension and rudeness.

Reserved a rental for uber at 10AM and it’s been rescheduled until 4:30pm when I get there they said that uber portal for Hertz is closed what a waste of time and money.
