Horrendous service. Their app is useless, it takes screaming at my phone for a real representative to get past the automated system when I call them, and they couldn’t even get me the information I needed to refinance my loan so I can leave this awful service provider. Ethan, at least, was polite.

They put a 6 day hold on a check I deposited. Also asked to have a document notarized and they couldn't be bothered. I'm a customer for 13 years, I will find another bank.

Was told it would be hrs wait to speak with anyone who could help with basically anything other than a teller. Obviously Huntington corporation doesn't care about this location. Bank elsewhere.
