“Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score.”

“Thank you to Melody at the Eastgate Branch. She did in five minutes what the Ohio Pike branch could not accomplish in two days! Jus needed a simple statement of a closed account. Day one at Ohio Pike, I had to see a "banker". Day two, I sit for 25 minutes to see a banker and I am not even acknowledged nor assisted. I had to get back to my work. No customer service at that location. Two days of frustration.”

“Never had any major problem like I have with other banks. 5/3 always have some kind of fee or charge for some crazy sh*t like forcing overdrafts because they would do debts before credits even though the deposit money is in there possession. Sounds illegal to me they hold your money but charge you over draft first then apply your deposit. I LOVE PNC!!!”

“My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.”

“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”
