They definitely have the helpful attitude to get it done spirit and are very knowledgeable on what steps to take when setting up personal accounts and business accounts. Yes, you can check in the lobby, but it's the people in this branch who are there to do more than help you navigate the software and systems. You can check in and see a banker the same day, create a bill of sale, or whatever you need. Staff is awesome”

“Everybody here was super friendly and very helpful. The security guard was so nice, greeted everyone who walked in and talked and jokes around with me while standing in line. Most places security guards just stand and stare at you when your waiting and it is so awkward but she was the nicest the building is very clean and nice looking as well. It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed”

“Thank you to Melody at the Eastgate Branch. She did in five minutes what the Ohio Pike branch could not accomplish in two days! Jus needed a simple statement of a closed account. Day one at Ohio Pike, I had to see a "banker". Day two, I sit for 25 minutes to see a banker and I am not even acknowledged nor assisted. I had to get back to my work. No customer service at that location. Two days of frustration.”
