Husband got a blazer here and got it tailored. Told no rush on the blazer they said ready in 2 weeks. My husband called early that morning to ensure it would be ready for pick up, they told him 7pm, I called at 445pm to ensure they said after 7pm, we were driving down and got a text that the tailor would not have it ready. I called the store and they were able to get it ready for a 7 pm pick up. Sharlita helped us with the entire process and I appreciate her helping us with this!

Had two of the worst retail experiences I've ever encountered in this store. Neither time were they particularly busy. When spending hundreds of dollars on a suit, I would expect at least basic amount of service. I was ignored the entire time I was in the store and any requests for assistance were met with a sigh and a look of disgust.Unfortunately for me, I liked the suit and decided to buy it. Took about 15 minutes to check out (the first 5 of which was me standing at the register waiting). The associate struggled to record my name, phone number, and email address likely due to the headphone in one ear the entire time. They also tried to charge me for shipping an out of stock item to the store (not a special order).I notified Jos A Bank of my experiences, and the store manager called me assuring me they would be better and offered to apply a slight discount to my purchase. This was never applied.When returning to the store to get my pants I again waited at the register for a solid 10 minutes before being helped. The associates then had to make multiple trips back looking for my item.I will not be shopping here again and telling my friends/family the same.

This is the best Jos A Bank location I’ve ever been to and Char was as professional as you could possibly imagine. If you are looking for an item that they carry do yourself a favor and go to their location at Kenwood shopping center.

Ravelle is the man! He took care of me when buying a suit for a friend's wedding. He made sure the suit fit right and went through trying on different sizes and then sizing me for alterations. Second time buying a suit from JAB and I wouldn't look anywhere else for weddings, business or personal dress clothes.

If you need to rent tuxes, don't go here. They messed up almost every order - having wrong sizes, telling me things would be ready when they weren't. Then they just completely lost an order. We had the confirmation email and number, paid for it and everything, and they just never actually ordered the suit and couldn't even find the measurements in their system to be able to actually order it. So they made my party member come back in to the store to remeasure and they made him pay for overnight shipping to get it there. This was after I had called multiple times that week to ensure all the tuxes had been ordered and would be ready. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, especially after we had already paid hundreds of dollars for each suit. Save yourself the headache - go anywhere else

Earlier today I took a pair of suit pants in to have remade. They had been ripped terribly. The lady at the desk said let me see what we can do. I walked around and looked at the great sales they were having, within minutes she returned asking me if I wanted the good or bad news first, I was sure I was about to purchase a new pair of pants for my suit, she holds up mine, completely mended! I could not believe 1 that they were fixable and 2 no charge! Amazing customer service! Thank you ?? I will graduate in style Saturday. Thanks immensely JAB. I’m a customer for life
