About Journeys
Journeys is a shoe store with friendly, professional, and very helpful staff. The managers are awesome, super helpful, and kind. Customer service is amazing. Staff members are fantastic with customer service, handle exchanges beautifully, and are very sweet. They are willing to look up items in the system, call other stores to hold items, and help with quick exchanges. The store has multiple sections, including a kids' side. While most experiences are positive, noting that staff are helpful and make customers love the store even more, there was one concerning incident involving inappropriate behavior from an employee. Overall, many customers recommend this location, shop there online, and will definitely be shopping there again.

The managers at this journeys location are awesome! Super helpful and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone who wears shoes.

We exchanged my nephews hey dudes for a larger size. David, the store manager, was fantastic with customer service and handled our exchange beautifully. We will definitely be shopping here again.
