“I have a medical condition that I was born with that requires me to wear two different sized boots. I work in an industry that goes through boots pretty quickly because of the conditions, making it very difficult to find good boots. I recently bought a second pair of redwing boots and the sales person couldn’t have known that the soles wouldn’t be oil resistant even though they looked identical to the other pair I bought the first time. The GM was kind enough to return them, even though I had already added a 3rd party toe cover that you can’t remove. He was also able to find me a better fitting shoe with the better sole, specifically rated for oil, and wet conditions. I’m up and down a metal ramp all night, and in and out of oily restaurant floors. These boots are awesome for that, and the Eastgate location was more than helpful. I appreciate you guys!”

“I BELIEVE IN MANY SOLE-MATES! Kicking it right off, now, I have never physically been to this sneaker boutique, but my partner has ordered sneakers from here countless times. The owner is a wonderful person and once the connection was made between himself and Courtney, it is almost like they have become e-best friends. Courtney, my partner, is a big sneaker head. We have almost 300 pairs of sneakers in our one bed room apartment, crazy I know. But he is not the hype beast type, so we don't just buy sneakers to resell them for a higher price. One thing I have noticed and really appreciated about this hobby is making connections with sneaker boutique owners. Courtney takes pride is knowing some people in person and others he has nay communicated with via email or direct messages on Instagram, but everyone that he has a connection with has looked out for him, knowing his likes and dislikes. We stumbled upon Unheardof a couple months ago through the sneaker head grapevine so to speak. There have been two pairs of sneakers that have dropped at this shop and whether we stay up until the drop or not the owner of this shop has made sure to contact Courtney so he can get a pair. I just really appreciate that people within the sneaker community look out for one another like this. Would love to take a trip to Cincinnati to visit this shop in person. I wanted to do a “reveal” for my husband and I, so I went to Carter’s with the ultrasound in an envelope hoping the ladies there could help me purchase a pink or blue outfit based on what was in the envelope, without me seeing. “Just took an elderly parent to this shoe store at the recommendation of her DR. I can't say enough about the service of Rick and Donneta, the Store manager and someone visiting from their district office. No exaggeration, all 4 literally had a shoe box or shoes in their hand helping her. Why, mom has a unusual issue with her toes. They were determined not to sell my mom a pair of shoes, they were determined to find her shoes that would work for her. Leaving this review for anyone like myself, that's never heard of SAS shoes.. I hadn't, but I will be taking my Mom back there, and I may take a peak for myself. These shoes are very soft, give her the deep pocket toe room, and have a great insole and sole. All that's great, but it's more than that. The 3 employees from the store were outstanding, and the lady from the district office was also super! Very knowledgeable. Thank you. True customer service at its best. If you ask me, it's a thing of the past, but not when you walk in there! I told the manager I'd be back to see her! And I will! Thx for taking such good care of my Mother!”

“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”

They have a great selection of shoes and their prices are NOT HIGHWAY ROBBERY LIKE OTHER STORES!!! THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL‼️‼️ they said they rotate shoes every week or so…with that being said I will def be going back!!!
