The managers at this journeys location are awesome! Super helpful and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone who wears shoes.

I ordered 2 pair of NB for my son online and when they arrived we tried them on and they were too small. So I figured I'd exchange in store no biggie, but online it showed no stores that had the style and size. So I call Rockwood Journeys and give the style and size, she doesn't have either pair but says she can exchange and the new pair would ship to my home by the next day. I told her I needed at least one pair today, as I promised my son that he can wear a new pair of shoes to his field trip the next morning. So she looked up in the system what store had at least 1of2 pair in his size, she also told the store to hold it for me because it was the only pair. I was happy and willing to wait on the other pair! So after work I go right to Kenwood Journeys, they have 2 store fronts, one is labeled kids. So I go to kids side and they tell me they have nothing holding for me and they don't have the sizes in either pair. The manager says I bet it's the other side they have kid sizes as well. He carried the shoes for me and walked me over to the other side where the shoes were in fact being held for me just like the young lady at Rookwood said! And the exchange was so quick, I wasn't in there more than 5 minutes! Everyone at every store was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I always shop online at Journeys, but seeing the people they hire makes me love them even more!

We exchanged my nephews hey dudes for a larger size. David, the store manager, was fantastic with customer service and handled our exchange beautifully. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Bigger guy who works there is a creepy predator who sat there and tried to get my underage daughters number and Instagram. Disgusting. Other than that customer service was amazing, the girl who rang us out, sarayati was amazing, very sweet! Decided to check this one out because they had a size kenwood didn’t have when we were there, love almost every part of it!
