Was a member about a year ago. They messed up our bill pay and it was 3 weeks late. Got a late fee for our mortgage. Plus, we came in to apply for a car loan and they had no one to talk to. Put us on a phone call.

The online loan portal does not give you a current balance, total paid, payoff balance or any other useful information. Secondly, the callback feature on the phone system when you call to inquire about a payoff balance does not actually get you a call back

Valerie at the downtown branch went above and beyond to help my father and I release a lien on a title from New Horizons. She was happy to help with what we needed and wasn’t hesitant to dive deep to find lost records from before the merger. We couldn’t have gotten this done without her hard work and tremendous help.
