This bank is the only reason I have a car today. I had a very poor credit score but they allowed me to get a 9,000 car loan since I had $2,000 saved up. The interest is only 11% and I pay $220 a month. The process was very easy. I am forever thankful.

Rates are good, not great. People are great. Love the 4% checking. Hate the Platinum VISA - generous credit line, low APR, way too aggressive with fraud protection. Card is shut down frequently when using it for online purchases.

The company is great but this branch has bad customer service. I sat in the drive through area for 5 minutes without being acknowledge and I eventually went inside where it was not busy at all.
