Such a sweet encounter today with the young woman working at fields Ertel Sephora today. She asked me quietly if my daughter could have a perfume sample as she admired all the cosmetics. I said yes. She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.

They are racist here. An associate wouldn’t give me the military discount that was given to me the day before and I had proof. I was also followed around the store. My first time in there was yesterday and the associate was so nice and helpful. I don’t know what happened but today unless I return items will be my last time I shop in there. I will also tell my other veteran associates how I was treated and I’m sure they won’t be back either. It wasn’t a huge lost not to many things worth it on sale there anyways. Betsy the manger the most racist one. Horrible customer service.

Usually going to kohl's to return amazon items. The store always gives 15% or 20% coupon that lasts for 7 days with the return. Good strategy to make customers stop and look at the kohl's or shopora - coupon only works for certain brand names

This location has gotten an upgrade from the last time I've been. Lines were short due to multiple cashiers. Clearance sections had a lot in them at decent to good prices. Clean store also!
