Nice and clean. It's always fast to get thru lines there but sometimes it takes days to fill prescription. It's always relaxed . I don't know why took days to fill. They have the script they could of filled. They used to call me and tell me my scripts were due and would I like for them to fill them. Now I got to call and get aggravated cause workers are mad the got to work. I don't really like the pharmacy there cause it is always something going wrong there . I still think they Re better then most places

Hala N. is outstanding! This pharmacist always goes above and beyond. Any shortcomings by doctors or insurance stand no chance against her. Seriously she gets things done.

I dont know where they hired all these new people but they all acted like they’re cops. The drug is not even a schedule drug, narcotics, opiates, or benzo. All of my years coming here, I have never had any issues but the last few times, the chain of issues has been keep on going and going. They told me to wait 15-20 mins, when I came back, it’s not even in process. When I get a re filled, they gave me duplicate bottles of the same medication. I can’t get my medication because they don’t understand what was written. Like where do they found these people???? Get your prescriptions somewhere else, don’t come to Eastgate Kroger. It’s a waste of time.

Kroger pharmacy is special with there team specifically Hala N our pharmacist there 🥰 she is so kind caring loving 🥰 her smile like sunshine to her patients 🙏 to be honest first thing I do asked if she is there or not ? I hope she will stay with us at east gate location 🙏 I have been at east gate pharmacy location more than 20 years ! If I give 5 stars to this location because of Hala N ❤️

This pharmacy carries the burden of fixing Everyone in my healthcare chain’s accumulated errors. Consistently.
For Hala, architect of today’s detective work and advocacy in clearing multiple beaurocratic and insurance blockages, that I, as a patient, would have had no recourse to address, this wasn’t her first step-up for me, and as effective as she is in getting results, i fear she is forced to do this far too often.
In a world of rubber stamps, she investigates.
In a system of “next,” she says, “hold on, let me check something.”
She didn’t sign up to be my ally.
But she became one.
Quietly. Repeatedly.
Whether it’s battling the absurdity of 30-day substance restrictions,
navigating insurance molasses,
or bridging the gap my doctor leaves hanging…
Hala shows up.
Not because she has to.
But because something in her doesn’t tolerate watching people fall through cracks.

If you want to wait 20 to 30 minutes to be told your prescriptions are on back order then this is the place for you! Kroger must hate their employees, i feel sorry for the 3 people that were working! Don't shop at kroger

Why would they call and say it's ready, yet 5 minutes later I am there and all the windows (outside and in) are closed. The staff really needs to stagger lunches so someone is available during that time. I can barely walk and they glibly said "yep we're closed, come back later".

Walk up window is rarely open. So useless. Forcing you to go inside and stand in line for ever. Then the pharmacy walk up window parking is always occupied by people who shop the store. It should be pharmacy parking only. Since that is the only reason some people only go inside that zoo

Something really needs to be done with the Service you receive from this Pharmacy . I got a text Wed at 4:02 that my RX was in process, I go today 4 DAYS LATER and it's still NOT READY, I told her just Keep your RX I'll go somewhere else. This Kroger is the worst in this whole area

This is the most uncustomer friendly store I have ever had the misfortune of going into. I will never give them another chance to treat me with the disrespect and attitude that they just did.They want to do the shopping for you so they can give you the out of date meats and vegetables that you would never pick if you are doing the shopping yourself Not sure that I will ever shop in ANY Kroger ever again.
