In my experience they have always been helpful, considerate and competent. No bad experiences so far.

John needs to learn customer service and stop cutting off people who are trying to talk to him on the phone. He's been incredibly rude for the last two days while I have been told incorrect information. On September 21st I was told I had a medication that wouldn't be ready to fill for 6 days. On the 24 I was told it could be filled on the 25th; but only after being rudely interrupted until I had to stop John, in the middle of cutting me off, to ask for him to let me finish what I was trying to say. On the 25th I called in the morning to assure that it was ready and was told it was. I come to pick up medication -- no medication that I had been enquiring about. I call up again (I was in the drive thru) and John answers...he again kept cutting me off. He said he didn't know who I was talking to earlier but it wasn't filled. He offered to fill it, I said yes, please. Then expressed my frustration that I had gotten incorrect information to which he again cut me off, spoke over me, and told me I hadn't been getting the incorrect information.
I will be making sure Johns customer service skills are addressed and then I will be having my doctor send my prescriptions elsewhere. John needs an attitude adjustment before he costs Anderson Kroger more customers.

Went in to get my medicine yesterday afternoon. My doctor told me it would be best to have to it today, she sent it in to this beechmont location. I get there, and this lady named Kathy was helping me. She was unfriendly and rude from the get go and seemed annoyed that I was even talking to her. She told me they didn’t have it ready, saying it was only sent in 20 minutes ago which was not true, it was sent in over an hour ago, i physically watched my doctor sent it in at my appointment, then she asked me me why I was already here to come get it, basically saying that I should have waited until tomorrow and she made me feel stupid for even showing up. I drove way out of my way to come to this pharmacy, 30 mins away. She told me it would be ready tomorrow, but I told her I would like to have it today because my doctor told me that would be the best option, and plus I had already gone many days without it which isn’t good. She asks me if I needed it today, I say yes. She sighs and says under her breath “I don’t know what the urgency is” then laughs and then she shakes her head. Like excuse me?!? I really wanted to confront her and say something, but I didn’t want to make a scene because people were around and people were behind me. All I could give her was a disgusted look. Because I was truly disgusted and in disbelief. I wish I had said something, Regardless if I was making a scene. I have NEVER had such an encounter with a Kroger pharmacist, as they are usually super friendly and helpful. Kathy was not. She was RUDE and impatient and unfriendly and wasn’t much help at all. I give her 0 stars. Glad I could share my experience with her. She is not suitable for Kroger pharmacy. Today I came back to get my medicine, I saw Kathy, but this lady named Susan helped me out and she was super nice and great. This bad review is not about anyone else but Kathy.

I'm not sure why this pharmacy is rated to star, because I have had exceptional service. When my prescriptions come out looking to expensive, before I even say anything they are looking for a good RX and other options. Everybody's always very friendly. I only wish that they had automated text and notifications when your prescriptions are ready.

I went to the pharmacy, and the lady there was terrible. I’m really disappointed with the terrible customer service. She just threw my ID and my medicines when returning them. I’ll never go to this pharmacy again.

We went to the Kroger pharmacy at the Anderson Township location for a prescription of Paxlovid for an elderly parent diagnosed with Covid. The price quoted was over $1,500. Fortunately, we decided to go to the Kroger pharmacy down the street in Cherry Grove with the same medical insurance. The same prescription of Paxlovid was FREE!

Took daughter to get medicine and the middle eastern young lady (don’t know her name) is rude to say the least. Had a question about her medication and the lady quickly put her hand out and said "give it here" and took it out of my hand. Not one to tolerate rudeness or disrespect but not worth going to jail. This pharmacy needs to be under review for new staffing and most of the current staff need to find a new job. Believe the bad reviews and low stars.

They've always been respectful about my prescriptions which are known to be controversial to a small portion of the population. Due to national shortages, they've gone out of their way to help me find other pharmacies or let my doctor prescribe alternatives that are in stock. The one star reviews are very confusing

Old lady in drive thru is unbearable. Been going here every month for years and going through the drive thru is always a burden. It is extremely slow but that’s not the reason I’m switching pharmacies. I’ve never felt so small as a customer at any business as I do picking up my doctor prescribed prescriptions from this lady at the drive thru.Call management and ask them if they read their own business reviews? Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why everyone in Anderson is leaving a 1 star…….

Everyone was so nice and helpful! They were able to get me my prescription in a timely manner. They have a very efficient system! Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at the pharmacy.

The line went by smoothly and everyone was great! Jean, the technician who helped me and my sister was very kind and got us both our prescriptions in a timely manner.

Believe the one star reviews. The customer-facing staff are usually fine, but the pharmacists are either significantly understaffed or incompetent. Prescriptions are often not ready when promised requiring a separate trip to pick up, and have been incorrectly filled on several occasions (they "must have been transmitted incorrectly". As a prescribing physician, I know better). I have tolerated this up to now for the convenience of having a pharmacy located where I shop for groceries, but no more.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for ALL Pharmacists and Techs (Certified & in Training). There are places in the world where modern medicine doesn’t even exist or access to a doctor to prescribe you something is non existent. People, be grateful, count your blessings. The Pharmacists and Techs at this location cares a great about your and getting your prescriptions on time while using discount cards to save you money on prescriptions costs. You guys keep on rocking! ?
