The gaurds make you feel, profiled, discriminated, they follow you. Don't go in there store, more than once a week. Or else! your 'suspected' of stealing.

Kroger is getting scammier and scammier as the time passes. The display a HUGE price sign on their sales items and in the corner they put in tiny letters that it is a digital coupon. So they charge you $4.00 for $1.67 strawberries and when you ask to issue a credit they refuse. Customer service is of no help. Most customers probably don’t notice some of the digital coupon signs and Kroger is profiting from the scam. This is the times I notice, it is likely they scam me and you without you ever noticing. This has a class action lawsuit written all over it. I am going to file a complaint with relevant agencies

Typically a nice store. Had an employee speak rude to me recently, and I dislike competing for aisle space with the Kroger online pickers, but for the most part it’s been good.

my review is based on purchasing a white cake. i have never ever tasted a cake with frosting so unnervingly gross. it had a strong chemical flavor which was very very bad. this is the worst cake i've ever eaten by far

This kroger does not have a liquor store. It does have a spacious wine bar so you can drink and shop.

This bakery department has gone downhill. I have shopped at this bakery since they opened this location, but my last two orders have been unacceptable. I ordered a cake out of their catalog for my son's first birthday. What I received was a plain white cake with his name on it. It looked horrible. The bakery should have notified me that they were out of the cake kit. I didn't want the cake when I saw it, but it was too late for me to pick up another cake. I will not shop at this bakery again.

Unfortunately it feels like the quality of goods has started to go downhill. I've mainly noticed it with the milk. It seems a lot of the kroger brand milk is about to expire. Sometimes it is discounted. Sometimes not. I've also found meat, bacon and cheese not vacuum sealed anymore and some baby food. I felt like I used to be able to grab and go but now I feel the need to check a lot of things. The store itself is fine and most of the employees are nice. I just wish I didn't keep finding expired goods after I get home.

Bigger, sure, but often it's just larger facings of the same stuff in other Kroger Marketplace stores. Nice wide aisles are easy to navigate.

What I like: Selection. What I don't like: Products with expired dates; Milk with short expiration dates - goes sour on the short drive home; Filthy, stinking, unsanitary men's bathrooms. What I really, really don't like: Price gouging. Kroger had $3 billion profit on $150 billion revenue as of April 2024 (FY 2023), so it's time to pay attention to the customer, not Wall Street - stop soaking your customers!! W. Rodney McMullen: CEO Pay $15,710,572: Median Employee Pay $31,302: CEO Pay Ratio 502:1. If you go there after 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm don't expect a cashier because Kroger "can't afford to pay poverty wages to more part time cashiers" according to a cashier I spoke with. Kroger wants to force customers to go through self checkout. I'm neither a cashier nor bagger, and until Kroger starts paying me to do these jobs, they can shove that idea right in their ear. If Kroger wants shoppers to go thru self-checkout, just give the customers a 25% incentive discount off the grand total. When I go there to buy my cartload of groceries and the cashiers have gone home, I'm more than happy to abandon my cart and let Kroger pay an employee to put it all back rather than go through self checkout. I encourage everyone to do the same. I really got a kick out of the look on the manager's face and the faces of employees that had been standing around. Kroger encourages food waste by offering a slight discount price if you buy two - one you need and one you don't. Now I know not everyone will agree with me. That's okay, join the herd and comply. But until Kroger gets pushback, they will continue to reach deep into the pockets of their hometown customers and gouge them.
Finally, I'd like to ask W. Rodney McMullen if he thinks customers who fill their cart with a week's worth of groceries should go thru self checkout that stops working frequently for any number of fly-by-night reasons, and then bag everything themselves and not receive a discount for doing W. Rodney's job. Is that what you think W. Rodney?

Nice grocery store to shop in but don’t do pick up! They are slow and disorganized.
