Most employees are nice and helpful. However, some customers have noticed a decline in the quality of goods, with some items being near expiration or not properly sealed. Additionally, some prices may be misleading, with sale prices being the same as regular retail prices. Despite this, the store is a one-stop shop for many needs, with a wine bar and various shopping departments like toys and home goods.
I had such a delightful Kroger pick up experience. Owen was just an angel, he was so timely and so kind. He also was pretty easy on the eyes. I was having an awful day and Owen made me feel seen and valued. Couldn’t recommend him and here enough!!!
