The store is relatively clean and ordered, providing easy in-and-out parking. However, it is on the small side with cramped, narrow aisles that could use a freshen-up, and the layout is not favored by all. While many employees are really nice and exceptionally helpful, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service, others have been noted to lack charm. A significant frustration is the checkout process, where long lines are common as the store rarely has more than one human checker, even with a substantial line. Frequently, half the self-checkout stations remain closed while workers talk elsewhere, causing waits longer than the shopping time. The product quality receives mixed notes, with produce described as just okay and items like yogurt often nearly expired.
Can't find pickles the last two times I've been there. Everything's changed.

My Go-To Kroger when in town, always has good deals, well priced items, good bakery sales, and good service. Is smaller than your average, but all you need in mount Washington !

Always a busy place. Went through self checkout and had to wait for the cashier for a few minutes. Not her fault as she is manning 6+ self checkout stations.
